You were designed for accomplishment, engineered for success, and endowed with the seeds of greatness.--Zig Ziglar
Develop the action plan. The steps in the plan are answers to specific questions. Who will do what? What will they do? When will they do it? Where will they do it? How will they do it? Brainstorm all the possible actions that could move you toward the objective that you have selected as your priority. Be creative here. Don't be limited to doing what you've always done or you'll limit yourself to getting the same results you've always had. As Alcoholics Anonymous says, "If you keep on doing what you have been doing, you are going to keep getting what you have been getting."
Once you've created a list of possible action steps, group the action items in to three to five categories.
Now, go back through each action item in each category to assign a person to be accountable for that action. Who's responsible?
Determine when that action item will be complete. What is the starting date? What is the ending date? When are the control checkpoints?
