Appeal Process

The Disability Services Office authorized by the DCCCD to provide services for students with disabilities has the authority to deny, with appropriate documentation, an unsupported request for services or accommodations.

A student with a disability has the right to appeal a decision made by the Disability Services Office to the designated Section 504/ADA Compliance Officer of the DCCCD. The time line for response to an appeal will be in accordance with the published student grievance procedure in the current DCCCD Catalog.
