Semester Start Dates: Spring 2004

Spring Semester Begins………… January 19, 2004

Enrollment dates:

• Open Enrollment.........November 10, 2003 - December 28, 2003
• Late Enrollment...........December 29, 2003 - January 12, 2004
• Enrollment Closes.......January 12, 2004

Late enrollment fees:

A $20 late enrollment fee may be assessed when you enroll after December 28, 2003.

Students may add or drop a DEVAP course with no additional fee during open enrollment. There may be a $20 fee for adding or dropping a course or changing students during the late enrollment period until January 12, 2004.

Note: General education courses and additional veterinary technology courses follow the established academic calendar for the Dallas County Community College District. Visit the DCCCD website for the calendar information.

Refund Policy:

Written withdrawal notification must be received by AHAA and CVC by the following dates for full or partial refund. No refunds will be made after these deadlines:

• Prior to January 19, 2004 - 100% refund

• Prior to January 26, 2004 - 70% refund

• Prior to February 9, 2004 - 30% refund
