How long will it take to go through the entire program?

There is no fixed length of time for completing the veterinary assisting certificate program.  There are many variables that affect how long it takes a particular student to complete the entire program, including the number of courses you enroll in per semester and previous college experience you have.  The average student with no previous college experience can complete the entire curriculum in one to two years. This time is decreased for students who have applicable previous college experience or who take a greater than average course load.
