To withdraw from veterinary specific courses, written withdrawal notification must be received by AAHA and CVC prior to the first day of class for 100 percent refund of enrollment fees. Written notice must be received within one week of the course start date for a 70 percent refund. Written notice must be received within three weeks of the course start date for a 30 percent refund. No refund will be issued for withdrawal requests received 22 or more days after the course start date. Students withdrawing prior to the third week of class will receive a grade of W.

To withdraw from general education courses, students must follow the procedures of the Dallas County Community College District. Full refunds will be given if a student withdraws from courses prior to the course start date.
