• Can you see the course on eCampus? If not, contact your division and do not complete the form; you will get an error.
• Is this a primary course? This form is for requesting content to be copied from one course or template to a primary course.
• Is this a Wintermester or Maymester course? Most Maymester courses are listed as Summer 1 in Colleague, and most Wintermester courses are listed as Spring. Please check with your division if you are unsure as to which semester your course is classified.

If you are a secondary instructor, do not input your info here, but ask the primary instructor to add you to the course; otherwise, you will not get enrolled. Please, check the source course for duplicate tests/pools/content. Please clean up the course before you complete this request form, removing any content/pools/tests that you are not using or that are duplicated. It will take 2-3 business days to fulfill any request for a change in copy content. You must edit your request form to make a change in copy content information. Indicate the course/template ID as it appears in the eCampus system in the box below. Search for the course/template from which you want the content copied. The ID can be found inside parentheses in the search results. The Course ID is also at the top of the Control Panel, to the left of the course name. Copy and paste it into this form. e.g. 2006FA-COSC-1300-2428 Source Course Info: * Only the entire course can be copied to the new section. We can copy only content that you own. Access to other instructors' material must be granted through written consent (i.e. email sent to helpdesk@dcccd.edu). Publishers' Course Cartridges that have PIN Code Access may not copy.
