Before completing the Course Copy Request form...

If you need assistance, call the Help Desk at 972-669-6460 or email the help desk. The course status in Colleague must be Active (i.e. not Pending, not Cancelled, not on Hold) in order for it to be set up on the XEFS screen. Without proper setup in Colleague, your shell cannot be created and you and/or your students will not have access to your course.

Requests made after 8:00 AM will be processed the next business day. The copy process may take 1-2 business days; however, please, note that this schedule WILL take longer during peak request times. Requests are processed in the order received. Please, do not ask us to "expedite" your request.
