Discussion

A recent Inc. Magazine/Gallup Survey found that only four percent of respondents thought that it was likely that they would be forced to leave a job because of termination at any time in the next 10 years. The vast majority (78 percent) thought they would stay with their current employer, or change jobs voluntarily. Other indicators, such as the Conference Board's Consumer Confidence Index and the BLS' count of voluntary job leavers are increasing and/or close to record levels.

What do you think are the chances of your termination?

Prepare an action plan as a rebuttal to your possible termination.
