Enjoy an eating plan in accordance with the Food Guide Pyramid based primarily on grain products, followed by vegetables, fruits, with moderate amounts of dairy products, lean meats, fish, poultry, and legumes, and small amounts of fats, oils, and sweets.

Accumulate 30 minutes or more of moderate physical activity on most -- preferably all -- days of the week.
