A. Dress appropriately for the job. Your credibility is closely tied to your appearance, which should reflect the company culture. A formal work culture requires dark suits and ties for men and business suits or tailored dresses for women. A semi-formal work culture expects a business look at all times. For men, suits are optional. Women tend to wear blazers with skirts and pants as everyday attire. An informal work culture is most often found in highly creative fields such as photography or music. No dress code exists.
